Introduction
Welcome to OpexBI. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern your access to and utilization of our artificial intelligence-powered platform, services, and products (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By engaging with OpexBI, you acknowledge and consent to be bound by these Terms. Should you dissent, you are advised to refrain from utilizing our Services. OpexBI operates as a subsidiary of BNTM Technologies Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and functions within its corporate framework. The Company and OpexBI disclaim any liability arising from improper or unauthorized use of the Services. Users bear sole responsibility for their interactions, instructions, and data submitted to OpexBI.
User Eligibility and Responsibilities
OpexBI is an artificial intelligence-powered platform designed to furnish users with customizable AI Assistants aimed at enhancing business operations, streamlining workflows, and improving customer interactions. Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or have attained the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction to utilize OpexBI. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the instructions and data they input into the AI system.
Users are prohibited from employing the platform for any activities that are illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or unethical, including but not limited to:
- Engaging in hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
- Disseminating misinformation or participating in fraudulent activities.Spotdraft
- Engaging in spamming or violating data privacy regulations.
- Conducting any activities that contravene local, national, or international laws.
OpexBI reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services if a user is found to be in violation of these Terms.
Subscription Plans and Payment Terms
OpexBI operates under a freemium model offering various subscription tiers: Free, Plus, Pro, and Enterprise. Payments for paid subscription plans must be rendered in advance and are non-refundable except as mandated by law.
- Free Plan: Provides limited access to AI Assistants and features.
- Plus & Pro Plans: Offer extended AI capabilities, additional credits, and enhanced deployment options.
- Enterprise Plan: Includes custom AI integrations and dedicated support, subject to separate agreements.
The Company and OpexBI reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or subscription terms at any time with prior notice. In the event of a payment failure or non-receipt, OpexBI may suspend or downgrade the user’s access to paid features.
Data Ownership and Usage
Users retain ownership of any data or content they input into the AI system. By utilizing OpexBI, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and analyze their input for the purpose of improving AI responses and system performance.
OpexBI may utilize aggregated and anonymized data for:
- Analytical and research purposes to enhance AI functionality.
- Training AI models for improved efficiency.
Users must ensure that any content shared through OpexBI does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. The Company and OpexBI shall not be held liable for any data breaches, misinterpretations, or unintended AI-generated content resulting from user inputs.
Platform Availability and Feature Updates
OpexBI endeavors to provide high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. AI Assistants are currently limited to webpage deployment, with broader integrations forthcoming for Plus and Pro users. Enterprise users may access custom integrations subject to separate agreements and development timelines.
OpexBI reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue certain features based on technical advancements or business needs. Users must not attempt to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit OpexBI’s systems.
- Bypass security measures.
- Use OpexBI to create or distribute malicious, deceptive, or unauthorized AI-powered content.
OpexBI utilizes third-party AI providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, DeepSeek, and Claude, to deliver AI-powered functionalities. Consequently, OpexBI and the Company shall not be held liable for any service disruptions, errors, unforeseen circumstances, or limitations caused by these third-party providers.
Any abusive, offensive, or harmful use of AI Assistants may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
Security and Data Privacy
OpexBI adheres to industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect user data; however, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Users are advised to avoid inputting sensitive personal, financial, or confidential business data into AI Assistants.
The OpexBI Privacy Policy provides additional details on data collection, storage, and usage practices. The Company and OpexBI are not liable for any damages resulting from:

- Service interruptions or data loss.
- Unauthorized access to user accounts or data breaches.
Users agree to utilize OpexBI at their own risk, and the Company is indemnified against any legal claims arising from misuse of the platform.
Account Termination and Refund Policy
OpexBI reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict any user’s access if they violate these Terms. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time; however, refunds will not be provided for partial periods.
Upon termination, OpexBI may delete user data unless required by law to retain it. OpexBI and the Company also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
